Alex is a commercial lawyer and Global Head of Employment and Incentives at Linklaters. She chairs Linklaters’ London Social Impact Committee and is on the London Leadership Board of Business in the Community. She is also involved with a number of charities operating in the Middle East, where her father was from. Previously she was a non-executive director of the children’s literacy agency Pop Up Projects and a school governor in Tower Hamlets.
