Philip Moore’s background is as a finance professional, with his most recent full-time role being that of Group Finance Director with the Liverpool Victoria Financial Services Ltd (LV=), which he held until 2017. Philip is an experienced non-executive within both the third and private sectors and includes appointments with North Hertfordshire College, Skipton Building Society and the real estate company, Connells.
